DBS TAP achievement
DBS was one of six schools across the nation recognized by the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching for it efforts to represent TAP principles beyond their own campus, and to assist others in the state, region and nation. For this prestigious honor, DBS was awarded a $10,000 prize to be used in support of the school’s ongoing TAP implementation efforts. TAP is The System for Teacher and Student Advancement.
